Exclusive-Citi hires Bank of America’s Rohan Sen to lead technology services banking

Citi has tapped Rohan Sen, a veteran banker from Bank of America, to lead its technology services coverage. The move, confirmed through an internal memo reviewed by reporters, is part of the bank's broader push to strengthen its technology banking team.

Sen will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and deal activity within the technology services space, which includes areas like IT consulting, data processing, and cloud infrastructure providers. He brings over a decade of experience from Bank of America, where he focused on similar sectors and advised on a range of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

The hire comes as Citi continues to invest heavily in its technology and healthcare banking franchises, areas that have seen steady deal flow even as broader investment banking activity has faced headwinds.
