Marvell Technology, Inc. has appointed Dan Durn as its new chief financial officer, a move that brings in a seasoned executive from the software industry. Durn, who previously served as CFO at Adobe, will officially take over the role on June 15. He succeeds Willem Meintjes, who is stepping down but will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through April 2027.
